Turning 40 or 50 is a very different time of life as you are normally immersed in bringing up your children, managing your career and being such a busy stage of life you don’t really think too much about you. Generally health isn’t an issue at that age either, something that you have to manage much more when you get to 60.
I mentioned to her that turning 60 is a milestone like no other, that being this age sometimes means you can feel ‘invisible’, ie no-one really looks at you, everyone else seems
to be in a younger age group.
