With a Diploma in Contemporary Photography, a certificate in Make-up artistry and over 10 years working within the photographic industry Kara is a well established and leading portrait photographer.

During her time in the industry Kara has worked with some of New Zealand and Australia's top Commercial Photographers and Portrait Studios, as well as being the head retoucher for one of Melbournes leading Wedding studios.

For the past 5 years her studio has been based in Auckland where she has been specialising in Maternity, Newborn, Babies, now also contemporary Glamour, Personal Branding and Weddings.
