I like them to be fun, relaxing and for you to feel comfortable.
My studio is very personlised, I am the one who you will see from when you book in to when you collect your stunning images and I think it is nice that way as it allows me to form a lovely repore with my clients.
Your photography session can be taken at my home studio or on location.
Pregnancy..
This is such a special time and so wonderful to capture.
Around 8 months is a good time to photograph pregnancy but it is completely up to you when you feel comfortable.
I have a range of gorgeous fabrics that I use but you are welcome to bring anything that you would also like to introduce in the photographs. During the session I can take a mixture of both individual and couple photographs.
As a qualified make-up artist there is also the option of getting pampered and having your hair and make-up done.
Newborns...
Delicious newborn photographs are taken within the first 10 days as they basically sleep and feed and easily curl up into gorgeous positions with them unaware. The best time is once your baby has a full tummy of milk ready for sleep. I have a beautiful range of blankets, fabrics, hair accessories and hats that I use but you are welcome to bring anything you would like to introduce in the photographs. I like it to be a very relaxed environment for you, your partner and your baby. If you would like to book a session please contact me with your due date. As bub can arrive early or late I just ask if you could text me once your precious bundle is born and I will let you know of some sessions available that you can choose from.
Babies..
So cute, cuddly and oh so love-able! This is the next stage to photograph once that newborn stage has sadly gone. Anytime from 3 months to before they are crawling. As you can imagine once they start crawling they are much more interested in exploring that having their photograph taken. A lovely time is when they are good on their tummy, playing with their feet and even sitting. I have a great range of nappy covers, skirts for the girls, hats and hair accessories to use but I also encourage you to bring a small bag of clothes and any toys or sentimental items that can be introduced in the photographs. Mornings are better for babies, session are around 1 hour.
Children..
They grow up so quickly.. their personalities really shine through now and they are starting to know what they do and do not like. This is a lovely stage to capture in and out of the studio. As-well as having stunning studio photographs it can also be nice to introduce the things that your child likes doing, wether that be drawing, reading, playing with their toys, baking, playing at the beach... and the list goes on and on. With these images I like to capture them in more of a documentary style with wonderful depth of field. During your session I can do a mixture of both individual and family.
Investment..
Once you have had your session we will organise an ordering consultation. There is a gorgeous range of products to choose from. There are no set packages, it is completely up to you what products and how many you would like. Once you choose a couple of products I can create a tailor made package where you will receive great discounts.
